Effect of exercise on digestive system
Regular exercise boosts our digestive system. This makes us feel hungry on time and properly. Usually, patients of depression feel less hungry and also sleep less.
While both these problems can be controlled through daily yoga and exercise. However, some patients of depression show symptoms of excessive sleep and excessive hunger. Its high BP or hypertension and diabetes are considered to be a major cause of depression. While regular exercise can control both blood pressure and diabetes.
